Welcome to Beach Appraisal Services
As residential real property appraisers serving the West Georgia community, we have the experience, training, and credentials to produce exceptional and reliable appraisal reports that our clients rely on for their lending needs. From cluster homes to manufactured homes to rural homes on acreage – we step up and get the job done, so that everyone gets to the closing table on time.
We also do some non–lender assignments for agents who have an unusual property and want some guidance on setting a listing price or for families working on estate settlement who need valuation of their real estate. With years of experience, we are well qualified to guide you in your residential real estate needs. About Us
The Beach Appraisal Services Team
Kimberly Beach began her appraisal career in 2008 by obtaining her appraisal license as a Registered Real Property Appraiser from a real estate school in Woodstock, GA.
After a few months, she found a mentor willing to train her. She spent the next five years with Georgia Progressive Real Estate Services, which was located in Kennesaw, GA.
She did residential assignments in the following Georgia Counties:

- Douglas County, GA
- Fulton County, GA
- Paulding County, GA

In Spring of 2014, she branched out on her own and started Beach Appraisal Services, LLC which has been going strong ever since doing lender work, pre-listing appraisals for local realtors, and private appraisals for individuals looking to list their home or buy a home as a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) transaction.
Meet Our Team
Kimberly Collins Beach
Kimberly was born and raised in the state of Georgia and has a B.S in Sociology from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton GA. Kimberly began her career in 2008.
She is a lover of four legged critters especially cats and Saint Bernards. She loves posting photos of the fur babies she meets on her travels! She is a work-a-holic and often has to be reminded to take a break and live a little!
Roy W. Beach
Support Staff
Roy was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta in the town of Greenwood. He moved to Georgia in the mid 1970's. He has great organizational skills, is outgoing
and well versed on many topics and a fabulous cook. He makes sure his wife Kimberly arrives at appointments on time and gets reports to clients when promised.
He is the 'rudder' of Beach Appraisal Services.
Shannon Lee Hill
Registered Appraiser
Shannon came to Beach Appraisal Services from Las Vegas, Nevada. She took her appraisal classes at America's Real Estate Academy in Woodstock and contacted us looking for a mentor for her career.
Shannon is working toward becoming a certified residential appraiser. She is a funny, vivacious and hard working gal that we are pleased to have on our team!

We are FHA approved and offer single family residential appraisals
(1004 & GPAR), manufactured home appraisals (1004C), Field Reviews and Desk Reviews.
Our fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis. There are no 'flat fees' or 'standard fees'
as each property is unique as is the scope of work on any given assignment.
